Ten percent of Canada's GDP is spent on healthcare (less than the 14 percent in the USA), so Health Canada is naturally quite interested in what is making us sick.For the last few years, they have funded research on the effects of work on our health, probably because working people tend to pay taxes more consistently than those not working. our health tax dollars as a source of venture capital to prop up a system dedicated to overwork.
